S.U.P. is a traditional sport from Hawaii that works your muscles, equilibrium, coordination, and cardiovascular endurance.  In the last few years, the sport has grown tremendously as it is easy to learn. It’s a great activity to stimulate your mind and body.  S.U.P. can be practiced in flat water or in waves.  We are excited to share our passion of the water with you!
